 | Im doing research about Simon & Garfunkel. Im looking for the places where they wrote there most populair songs and recorded them. But i have a hard time finding information about the song Hey shoolgirl. I would be happy if there was someone that can help me.

 | according to Wikipedia they recorded the song themselves for $25 at Sanders Recording Studio in Manhattan.
My guess is that it was written in Queens, New York, since that was where they lived at the time. |

Garfunkel.
It's an excellent book overall, very well written. I read it completely in a few days. Couldn't stop reading. |

 | The address was indeed Sanders Recording Studio on 70th Avenue, and according to the biography they made an acetate record for 10 usd.. There is a longer story on how they wrote it, and how it became a hit. |
