 | It's so nice to come back to this forum after so many years and see all the familiar names, and all the love for Paul, as strong as ever! It's been ten years since my first (and only) PS tour and ten years later to return to Europe again to see him with the same old friends seems like a fitting "bookend". Hope everyone who has the chance to see him has a fantastic time, and fingers crossed that we will still be able to catch Paul at the occasional benefit concert, and of course that he will keep the albums coming. Thanks Bodo for maintaining this wonderful site :) |

 | I'm so delighted to see Rene and Georgette Magritte on the setlist of previous concerts.
I will be in Amsterdam on sunday evening and I'm looking forward to it very much. I thought 2016 was the last time, but one more chance to say goodbye. I don't know how to thank Paul for all his music, but maybe just being there will be enough. |

 | Just posting here since it seems to be the longest current thread about setlist and rearrangements etc.
I loved the new Bridge. Can't Run But was genius (well at least I thought, I haven't heard the 40 other times he's played it as someone else mentioned!) The tension created by the strings, how they stopped and he came in, and they picked up again, was incredible.
Also I don't know if this is true for all the other concerts but he's changed his lyrics in quite a few places! The most prominent example that springs to mind is Can't Run But, and also on Cool Cool River. Did anyone else pick up on that :-P? I can't say that I like the new words better but they did make me smile and laugh in surprise.
Here are my videos, you'll see what I mean - though I was very far away, there are better examples of other songs from the Antwerp concert!

I hope a video of old friends will turn up. The only one that is not availible so far. He only played it 3 times or so this tour. |

 | Erwin: I was on the second concert of Paul Simon in ZiggoDome last night. For a good understanding I have two songs for you.
Apparently Paul might be a little confused
