 | Nice review with setlist from yesterday concert. Seems like a setlist that wil not change very much. What do you think?

  | Seems he never played Father and daughter after the first show.
Too bad, was one of the relaxing and not so often heard songs (just for me, I think I've heard all other songs way too often at live shows)
Songs I like a lot from this set
Duncan
Obvious child
Homeward Bound
The Boxer
Cool cool river
Slip Sliding
Mother and Child reunion
Songs heard too often:
Boy in the Bubble
50 ways
Me and Julio
Call me Al
Late in the evening
Songs I can hear always:
Diamonds
Still crazy
SOS (this always works..)
Songs I WISH he would play and he did before:
(all other never-before-played songs are an illusion)
Born at the right time
American tune
Born in Puerto Rico (once played live!)
Trailways Bus
Learn how to fall (I guess he did that once in the 70s?)
Under African Skies
Train in the distance
The Coast
She moves on
Hurrican Eye
One Trick Pony
Jonah
Take me to the mardi gras
Rene and Georgette Magritte...
Oh Marion
Pretty long list of rarely played songs.. he should play much more from the 70s, a classic aera of sophisticated songs that would work live. His newer songs are too complex for a live audience.

 | Yeah...you are right Bodo. It is strange, but I am not looking forward to our show on June 22. Sad.
I would re-add F&D.
Also, you know what ? A hit that he has not played for a while: Loves Me Like A Rock !
Spirit Voices ? Zzzzzzzzz....

 | I agree with a lot of the ones on Bodo's list of songs that are played too often and others that are not played enough. I would add Peace Like a River and Some Folks Lives Roll Easy to the list of the ones I would like to hear. |
