 | Hum...this is really quiet here. Still, we are at the eve of a new tour and album. Is everybody now on on Facebook pages, Twitter, Instagram, Google +, etc. ? Is this forum still relevant ? |

  | Hi mog
Yep, not relevant. Forums are going to die, no matter what we do. I guess I am even more surprised it still receives some new postings, I myself already think it is irrelevant since around 2011.
Well..it is strange this form of communication is death now, because forums could hold a lot of searchable information. On FB, Twitter a.s.o. everything is gone after 2-3 days. And I do not see a lot of real discussions there, it is more like posting many pictures/videos and receiving some cheers and wows for doing that :-)

 | Almost every day I visit this site when here. Thanks for it!
Glad there will be a new Album. I saw Paul live since 2000 as often as never expected. In Germany, but also Holland and Belgium. With great shows and still a great voice! Thanks for this too.
When Garfunkel critizes him for not doing another reunion tour, I can only say poor boy. His own voice was not ok for years (is it now? I doubt), and now he thinks he can demand something boring.
The tour with Sting was great, maybe Neil Young or Peter Gabriel would be good partners. |

 | No, Bodo, sorry! The only time we`ve met so far. It was great, a gift for my nephew and my niece. A really surprise and pleasure for them at this Surprise tour. |

 | I much prefer this forum - where all there is to see is news pictures etc relating to Paul Simon - and not someone's grandchilds birthday party as on FB - no offense meant to grandchildren:)! I don't post regularly because I keep having to sign in!! Great news re album love the name :)) have the hotel booked in New Orleans but not flight - have a load of family related events coming up & cant justify the expense:(! |
