 | My soon-to-be five year old is absolutely crazy about Paul Simon and S&G. From morning until night, we listen to the entire body of Simon's work, including things I've never heard before. He knows that Paul & Art met when they were 11, he knows their history, their songs, Paul's solo work... I could go on. He has requested a "Simon & Garfunkel" birthday party in December. Heh. I'm still working out the details on how I'm going to pull THAT one off, so any suggestions are welcomed. In actuality, I'm really hoping to find an autographed photo, album or CD for him. I read in these forums that EBay is not reliable, so I come to you, dear fans, on how to best navigate these murky waters. I've reached out to Art Garfunkel's people on their website, but there is no such contact information on Paul's website. Any insight? Please help. I'd like to make his 5th birthday special.

I know Simon and Garfunkel in a old DVD of the 25 years of Saturday Night Live, it had a "The Boxer" performance of 1975 and i fall in love instantly for this guy, his guitar and his "strange hair friend". I think it happens in some kind place of the early 2000's.
And at that time i was like 11, so that story about your brother really brought up some memories. |

| WOW I though my account had been cancelled somehow - problems with access at first tries.
First, Im very glad in knowing that kids that really appreciate good things are born - I dont know why things like 'pepa pig " are sucessful - for me they are so ugly...
The boy is gifted, be sure.Hope you can keep him this way...
