Garfunkel is not very positive on Simon, see this NEW interview:

In Ziggo Dome Amsterdam April 18, 2015 Simon said on Sting: "I never enjoyed touring together so much as with you". It was their last show in the Simon Sting series. So I immediately felt that as Simon not being that positive about Garfunkel too...

Well, although most of the forum members here are not fan of AG, let's be honest: it would be very strange if there would not be a Final Farewell Concert at some point. Preferably in Central Park, NY.

Although the die hard Simon Solo fans would not like to admit this, Simon will be remembered in the far future in the first place as being half of Simon and Garfunkel by the world. And only secondly as being a brilliant solo artist also.

Sorry Brenda, I did not see that you posted the interview yesterday already.

On your remark that AG's behaviour is not normal, to be honest, PS's behaviour in his indirect remark on enjoying touring together with Art is also childish behaviour... :-)

"Because of Paul being so generous to share the credits 50/50 he can live a wealthy live."

What do you mean? Paul credits for the songs he wrote are his own and has never been shared by anyone.

Hi Ans, i don't agree with you:
I don't think at all that the credits (in another word the money) is shared 50/50 between PS and AG.
Paul, until AG can prove it is not true, is the author, words and music, of most of the S&G songs, so he takes the money which goes to the author; another part of the money goes to the performers.
I think it is one of AG's problem: he says that Paul has a "Napoleonic Complex" because of his shortness (i can't believe he said that!!!), but, he, has an inferiority complex: he never had the artistic power of Paul during the S&G period, his success and popularity after the S&G split, and, he certainly has not the same level of wealth...so i call this an inferiority complex or more simply, jealousy...

But the one good result of this pathetic story (yes, i found AG truelly pathetic and almost ridiculous; why "almost", he is ridiculous! I am sure that Paul, if he read this interview will be more sad and tired than angry), is there will not be S&G stuff anymore (or Paul is the sweetest man or the madest)! It is sad it ends like that but for me, the game is over since 1970.

They will not perform again, as Paul is not doing a 96% quality show.

I am nasty now. But I also would call that the truth. It is not Pauls intention to destroy the memory of a history duo with some bad shows at their very end.
