Hello Alexandre!

Please,help me with some instructions!
My problem is that I´d like to go to
Basel but I can´t order my 90CHF ticket
because I dont´t understand the german
text and requirements at the ticketcor-
ner.ch.Maybe I´m just a internet anti-
talent.Plese,read me some instructions.

Where are you from?

It´s maybe the best thing you call them. In Switzerland they often have telephone systems in 3 languages (German, French, Italian) and I´m sure they also can speak English well.
