 | Sting once performed early at the concert for Africa at Wembley Stadium in London and in the evening on Waldbuehne/Berlin. Ok, I think.
But who was it who once performed in England, then flew to America with the not at all eco-friendly Concord, and arrived "earlier" at local time? I forgot, but it happened.
As Michael Jackson`s Party in Hongkong with many guests coming from anywhere but Hongkong for just one evening. |

 | With this kind of logic we should forbid all artist to arrange concerts! Think of all the unnecessary traveling this will mean for the audiences! I will in four weeks time travel 500 kiloters to se Sting/Paul in Stockholm. Maybe I should have stayed home? |

  | Come on, it is not the fans going to concerts (usually that is the reason why one artist is comming to your town - only the crazy fans fly around to see their artist a few 1000 km away from their home - marginal)
I am pretty sure Paul took a nice daily sceduled flight with another 200 passengers: Eco friendly enough compared to the number of rich people flying around in their private machine just for fun. And how many really important managers fly 4 times a week to meetings in different countries - Meetings they only visit because "someone from our department should be there too Hank..."
Paul flying to NY from a tour: I am pretty sure he would not have done that if it wasn't his best buddy that asked him several times to have him in the show. |

 | No but wait...I made a point, but it was half joke.
He had a good reason to go to NYC for sure.
I am kind of impressed actually that he is able to do it. What is the jet lag between NYC and Australia ? The day after, being able to give a show. I am less than half this age and if I miss 2 hours of sleep, I am tired for 2-3 days after.
And never forget: we are citizens of the planet. We were born here, we are going to die here... |

 | I thought he would have a pre-recorded segment due to the distance. But it seemed like a good thing for him to go. He got a lot of exposure and generally good reviews. Especially since Miley sang one of his songs and McCartney's voice was so rough. |
