 | I've been luck to get hold of the 3 CD "Work in Progress" set.
I am a nut for chronology. For most of the tracks the recording dates are given in the booklet but there's still a lot of tracks without this and other info (There is also no info on who wrote the songs). I hope somebody can help. I start with only a few:

Up and down the stairs
Just a boy
Shy
A good foundation for love

Well, I know that Paul Simon has a own person working only on his archive - but it simply might be that they do not have that date, Paul does not remember..or (I believe that) is not even very interested in that time frame of his career.
I still wonder: Do these Jerry Landis releases have an official approvement by Paul Simon? I don't think so, I guess he has sold all the rights on these songs a minute after he wrote them for 25$ ;-).. and today he is not very proud of those songs anyway. They are nice, but he could have written 200 more of those simple songs.
