| I agree that this is quite sad. It was a very nice touch for Paul to have them tour on the S&G reunion tour. I am glad I got to see them in concert. |

 | I saw The Everly Brothers 4 times in the UK back in 1995 in their tour booklet Paul Simon is quoted as saying:
"I met Paul McCartney for the first time recently I was so nervous and told him. He said ""Don't worry. I felt the same the first time I met Phil Everly""
