  | JJ Cales album "Guitar man" was one of the few albums I bought without knowing the artist. I just went into a music store, listened to some new releases, the guitar man had my attention from the first few bars. I bought it. There was no internet and I had no idea who that JJ Cale really was for a long time. Took me years until I read on a Eric Clapton best off that JJ Cale wrote Cocaine. One of the real quiet stars.
