  | Request:What do you think?
Do have ´important´ threads longer on the main page I tried to re-arrange the order of them.
One idea would be to order the threads by the number or replies they got within the last 7 days. This in fact means, that a NEW thread will start at the bottom of the page maybe. After 7 days without any reply a lifely thread will land on page 2 or 3...
[Meanwhile I went back to the old style because of the confusion it caused by most of you.]
Is it good or bad, like or dislike?
I can make it even more sophisticated if you want (last replies on the top for example, no replies on the bottom...?)

  | Oh and because of the color - this is just the simple LINK VISITED or NOT VISITED style (like wikipedia has it) - this means if you change the computer or browser, all the links will be orange again. Not sure if I will keep that... |

  | I think the old style ordering is best. Just because a thread is long doesn't mean that it is an important one, it could have lots of replies because there are two people disagreeing about something, plus there is the potential that someone could keep their own discussion at the top by adding comments themselves.

 | I also prefer the old version. Most of the time it works perfect and you can easily see, what the latest postings are. It doesn´t happen that often, that there are so many posts in one day that you can´t see the topics that are interesting for yourself. |

  | I prefer the old version too Bodo. Even if there are a lot of postings on one day you can look at the date of the last entry and just go to the previous page if necessary. |

  | Ok that is fine :-)
I will keep 15 threads on the main page okay, not 10 as before. |
