Richard tee was the only band member I recognized. I didnt see steve gad, but i think the fourth guy frm OTP was there. Who was the punky looking guy on guitar (not Paul !!)

Scaaty, the bass player is Anthony Jackson. Remember him from S and G Concert in the Park. Not sure about the punk one though!

Scaaty, I think the guitar player is Sid Mc Ginnis. He joined the second half of the S and G Summer Evening tour in 1983. {got the info from this site}! He joined Letterman's band in 1984 and still with him. I have a video of Paul singing "The Boxer "in 1986 on Letterman and Sid is in the band. Sure looks like the same guy.
