About: 05/18/2004
A performance by the legendary Simon & Garfunkel; Tony Perkins reports on the "Good Morning America" book drive in Detroit; part two of the three-part series "Lose Ten Years in Three Days."

But it seems that Art cancelled his show last Friday 14th in Dearborn, Michigan. He had a throat illness, the show is reschedled for March 4th, 2005!
That´s a long wait!

Hopefully he is recovered in time of the show, otherwise he should stay away from Paul, he could infect him....

Does anyone know if this segment took place? If so, any video of it around?

Brian,
The segment did happen. Paul and Art sang "American Tune" followed by "Mrs Robinson". They sang well. Umm...what else? They showed a video clip from the Andy Williams show in 1960 when Paul and Art sang "Scarborough Fair" with Williams. They seemed really relaxed together and there was a lot of banter.

As for the videos..can´t help you there mate. Keep looking. Something will turn up
