 | A very nice interview in a familiar and warm athmosphere.
Especially the "electric" fire in the background. Works without any wood...not good. |

 | Well, maybe we girls are too sensitive but I noticed lately that your messages about Paul are not very positive. There seems to be always something to complain about and almost no talk about the good things Paul does. As a fan I want to enjoy and celebrate the years that Paul will be active in the music. I can only speak for myself but I hesitate more and more to join in on the forum here. Sorry to say this but that is how I feel lately.

 | I am with Ans on this. Erwin posted a link to two great interviews with Paul and Joe Berlinger which was mostly ignored and it ends up a discussion about Paul´s hair and ears , At best, I think that this was very impolite to Erwin. Guys,if you feel the need to dissect Paul´s looks maybe a new topic? We are so Blessed that this wonderful man is still making great music and touring, The shows with Wynton Marsalis were a joy to listen to and watch. Once again a big thank you to Paul Fournier for his generosity in recording a great part of the show he attended for us.
Ans. Please keep posting on the forum and sharing your Love of Paul and his wonderful music. We all appreciate your input. |

 | I am a Paul Simon fan since 1972 (first S&G at 14, but very soon realizing who is the one) and will be as long as I live. Surely. Not appreciating all he did (Cars Are Cars, parts of OTP).
But always streets ahead of his peers, taking as much time as he needed (much more than others) without making any artistic compromises when it came to music. Movies and musicals are not his strength, but...songwriting and singing! He even won the bascet-ball game in SNL against the Hawk!
There is no other one in pop-music as honest, gifted and serious like him.
Let him be rich, collect prizes, he could have made a lot of more money if less daring. |

I better keep away from the forum. |

 | There is no need to stay away from your own forum Bodo. It´s just a difference in feelings and opinion. I´ll get over it :) |
