 | Was the first title for the first song on TGRS. Paul thought he will never release a song whith such a boring title, later it became "Kodachrome", one of the most unusual for a pop song.
(Whereas he stayed with the title Graceland, thinking also to replace it first).
Going Home is the first title on Leonard Cohen`s new album "Old ideas".
10 slow songs with Cohen more speaking than singing, but with nice, not too complicated melodies, tasteful arranged with great background voices.
For quiet hours.
Somehow the opposite of "Surprise".

 | I bought the last 2 albums by Cohen...but I think they are definately not as good as his work before. I rarely listen to those latest albums now. From what I read this one sounds again exact the same. No surprises. |

| With his "Old ideas", first album since 8 years, Cohen shot to No. 3 in the Billboard charts, selling 41.000 in week 1.
His last album in 2004 peaked at No 131.
Astonishing!
A comeback that deserves the meaning. Paul Simon always makes "newbacks".
