 | That is great re: RS. Maybe a bit exaggerated at No. 3, but...
Obviously, since the start, RS really loved the album (remember the 1st tidbits about the album in the fall of 2010). I wonder actually why they did not give his 5-stars upon release if it was that magnificent. Oh yeah, it needed a duo with Bob Dylan, that´s right ;-)
Also, I think Simon has 2 spots in the Top 50 singles, with Rewrite at No. 5. I am impressed considered that except us and people who bought the album, very few have actually ever heard about ´Rewrite´.

I always thought, the instrumental track "Amulet" should have been the final "closing" track on this less than 40 minutes long album.
Bob Dylan as singer was not missed in terms of quality, some 10.000`s more copies were bought by Dylanists, but anyway, great. |
