 | The point is, normal 70.000 people fit in the stadion - without the seats in the middle, all those seats in there make up about 30.000 to 50.000 depends on how they arrange it |

 | Ehm, but there are seats :-)
At normal concerts there aren´t any seats (Bon Jovi).
"69.250 Besucher, davon 57.450 Sitz-und 11.800 Stehplätze,"
That´s written on the olympiapark site:
http://www.olympiapark.de/deutsch/index_de.html
But I think with seats on the grass there only is place for ~62.000 people |

 | 70.000 with seats + standing people
11.800 standing people, that´s around 3000 to 4000 seats I think.

 | Bodo, that is the capacity of just the terracing. When Bayern München play football matches in the Olympic Stadium, the fans have around 57,000 seats. The "Fan-Block" where the "Hard Cors" fans stand is standing only. Around 11,000 standing places. Judging by the seating plan, only the "Haupttribüne" will be used. That is the main Grandstand. That is room for about 25,000. Then the floor seating, where the football pitch usually is, will add about 7-8,000 seats. Therefore the Stadium will only hold around 32,000 people for this event. |

 | Only the Haupttribüne?
Ok, I´ve only seen this plan
stadion plan from muenchenticket, but maybe they have a wrong map. |

 | I believe that seats are only available top to bottom anticlockwise. E to V clockwise are not given. (As far as I am aware, though I could be mistaken. Blocks E and V have no seats, as these are standing terraces only. Blocks M to S have no view of the stage. So you can sit there, but not actually see anything. I have seen no ticktes available for these blocks. But I´m sure that won´t stop peaople trying to sell you tickets there with claims of: "The best view available, ever!!" |

 | Oh they sell the seats behind the stage everywhere in the USA - so why not in Munich too... ;-)
BTW you can actually see S&G because they don´t have a real stage (there is nothing behind them, no wall or lights) it´s only a platform :-) (Ey, if Paul wouldn´t be so small they also would not need the platform. *g*
