| No worries, I don´t believe he is still an acting Senator anyway. He is surely a friendly and down to earth man who thinks ahead about fun ways to joke around with friends. I just wanted to share the nice little story with other fans who might be interested. |

| Someone feeling cranky? He isn´t an acting senator, and I doubt a few seconds phone call will endanger world peace. I enjoyed the story of a friend making Paul´s birthday a little more fun. I hope a friend will try to make your 70th birthday a little more fun. |

| Brenda, sure senators are allowed to have friends (or at least donors who act like friends) but when you want to make a joke to your friend on his birthday, do you have a fact checker call around first to make sure you get it right?
Or, as Paul said, "a loose affiliation of millionaires and billionaires." And before Nancy calls me "cranky" I would say that this is exactly what Paul was writing about when he wrote this line.
Sure his friends could be anybody, but they just happen to be Steve Martin, Chris Dodd, famous artists and political types.
You can all Love Paul as much as your imagination creates him as a lovable person, I really like his music. I don´t know the guy myself. |
