 | That´s a real shame for Paul and his fans --- he was fantastic on Thursday in Nottingham but he sure was struggling at Glastonbury.
Hope for a quick recovery Bournemouth gets a re-schedule as he was brilliant there in 2006 and The BIC is a great venue.

 | If the Birmingham concert goes ahead, some of us are hoping to meet up in the Malt House pub, just across the water in front of the NIA. Maybe we´ll see you there Matthew (Evans?) ;-) Paul´s health permitting, of course! |

 | Two cancelled Simon-shows were 1991 Entenwerder Germany and 2008 Austria because of stormy wheather.
I think it is ok to cancel if you are not well. "Amy Whitewine" and Bob "Ginan" often didn`t althougth not well too... |

 | Yes it was very short notice. We arrived at venue at 18:45 and they were displaying the show times with no hint of problem, then at 19:00 they gave loudspeaker announcement.
If anyone´s relying on an official announcement anywhere about tonight´s show I wouldn´t hold your breath. Even today - the day after the cancellation - there´s still nothing about it on the PS offical site, the FB page or even the BIC Venue site. The only notification about it was at the venue itself.

 | This sounds a little farfetched but do you think that there´s a chance of Paul catching his illness from shaking peoples hands? Haha. I mean obviously he´s been doing it for years but he is more likley to come in contact with flu etc when shaking hands with fans. Not to say that we´re all carrying illness´ and it´s our fault hahaha! |

 | Not guilty --- I shook hands with him on Thursday and I´ve not got a throat infection.
It´s part of being a human I´m afraid --- we all get ill.
I just wish that he´d given Glastonbury a miss and it´s a real shame for everyone and PS that this has occured.

 | It´s probably because he is in contact with so many people that he is rarely sick! A punishing schedule like the last few months would have floored most people. |
