 | I frequently mention the Bruce Springsteen forum here --- his great sax man, "TheBitg Man", died yesterday.
Doesn´t really have much to do with paul in perpendicular, but CC was a great dude and a great rocker.
I know it´s late we can make it if we run --- Thunder Road......

 | Clarence suffered a stroke on June 12 and died Saturday from complications from the stroke. The Big Man will really be missed. What a great musician. As Bruce put it his sax sound came out like "a force of nature." A great talent and a great man has been lost. Here´s a great rendition of "Growing Up" from a few years ago where Bruce tells the tale of how he and the Big Man "made the change uptown:" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wtF4ATNH1Qw&fea ture=related

 | I was at that Buffalo show. And privileged to be so. It was the tour closing gig & it turned out to be the last show Clarence ever played with the E Street Band. Amazing artist, & an amazing man, whose Heart & Soul shined through everything he played...thanks a-plenty to the big man & Blessings Of Love & Light to him at his next gig... |
