 | The annual CHF Benefit will take place on Monday June 13 2011. As many times before Paul will perform and this year he will be joined by Bette Midler. At CHF´s facebook site you can add/vote the song you think Paul and Bette will sing together.

 | I responded to the CHF´s posting on Twitter in this regard by saying that "Gone at Last" would be an interesting choice for Paul and Bette to sing. I had heard that the original plan for the album version was to be a Paul and Bette duet. Also, I believe Bette performed it in some of her concerts. It will be fun to find out what they eventually do perform as a duet. On the other hand, maybe it will be Gumboots! :) |

I really don´t want to sing them The Boxer.. (or me and Julio, thats not a duet)
Gone at last would be a hard choice, as Paul erased Bette´s voice later.
So, what do you think about ´Under African Skies´ ?
I have add that one. A song we haven´t heard in 22 years now, and a real wonderful duet.

 | Phil ,I believe this video is from Bette´s Halloween Benefit last October as I recorded it then. Paul and Bette were dressed differently at CHF gala night. |
