All from the same person. Full version of ´Bye, bye love´. Sweet how Paul messes up the lyrics of ´Here comes the sun´ and goes ´Sorry George!´ Anyone knows why he changes 1st person singular to 3rd person on The Boxer? He always does it these days (´Just a poor boy, his story´s seldom told, squanders his resistance´). From second verse onwards it´s 1st person singular again...

Wonderful. Thanks for the links. Here Comes The Sun is exquisite here. Great quality too.

I hate the way Paul has started to sing this Boxer lyric in the 3rd person. For me it destroys the impact of the song, which is in my top 3 songs of the S & G years (along with America & Only Living Boy).

I guess he has started to do this in an almost self conscious way because he is no more "the poor boy" of the song.

Gerard,
I agree with you that he is probably trying to distance himself from that character, and I also agree with you that it has a big effect on the song, I don´t like it as much, and anyway, he goes back to the first person in the subsequent verses. But, I guess it is just what makes him feel comfortable now

I suspect Al was played at Hangout because it was a festival show, rather than Here Comes the Sun which works for the smaller theater venues. I think it will be played at Glastonbury, and not too many other times

He´s up to 20 songs now, and in the home stretch with the encores...it appears he did the whole show & it´s very nice quality...a whole show. Great stuff, great luck...

hm.. I like the one by funkyhouse more...the McNasthy ones look so washed out.
And just a curiousity, is it really that quiet sometimes? Or is that an error by the recording device?

I have read a few times now that the sound is not loud enough... I hope that is not the same impression as I get from that video ;)
