Is this a new song from S&G?
I got a newsletter today from sonymusic.com. They listed some new releases for May/June 2004 and wrote
"June 7: Simon & Garfunkel - Old Friends from New York (concert double disc + bonus single "Every day now") B00096ALEU"

Nothing more is written, but I never heard about a song called "Every day now". Is this a cover version or something..form the Everlys?? Or really a new song? (Maybe they recorded in September when there was this newspaper article that S&G have been seen in studio?)
I´m not that excited, I thought Paul is working more on his own solo album... but if it´s only one song...hm.

I looked at allmusic.com There is a song called Everyday Now, it´s performed on 5 albums. But here everyday is written in one.

So it could be a new song, but I´m not sure.

It´s so quiet around his new solo album, I´m wondering if he is suffering from a new writersblock.
And with Edie on tour now he will look after the kids I guess.

It wasn´t an April Fool´s joke was it ? I can´t find any mention of it on Sony´s site.

Well, I wonder... There´s nothing to be found on the Sony website. But anyway, Every day now is not an Everly´s song.
Or Bodo, are you just fooling us
;-)?

Well, you made me search the internet for that song, so I guess it was a good joke! :-))

:-) It was so hard to find a good songtitle. You always tend to take another famous title... and on the other hand Paul always has very good songtitles and not a simple one.

It´s funny cos I suspected that someone was trying to play a trick on Bodo but it never enterd my head that it was Bodo trying to play a trick on us.

Bodo´s actually quite serious. My brother works for Sony and got me a copy of it. It rocks.
