I have a french amazon shop too, but they did not pay me any commission for last year. The money went somewhere..nirvana...
So I had to write to amazon.fr an email. But I can only write in english. I told them that I only can speak English. And yes, they have send an answer to me. In pure french!

Well, I guess they do not care much about 18 Euros ;)
BTW: I use babelfish to understand everything ;)
